Company Description Delta International Institute is dedicated to educating individuals on generating a passive income through consistent trading in financial markets. Authorized by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), an initiative of the Government of Dubai, our mission is to provide fair education and easy access to financial markets. We offer personalized one-on-one mentorship through offline and online sessions to help students trade consistently and generate passive income. Role Description This is a Remote role for a Crypto Trading & BlockChain Research . Teaching & Mentorship - Conduct live and recorded sessions on crypto trading, technical analysis, and market fundamentals. - Teach students how to analyze and identify strong blockchain projects. - Provide one-on-one mentorship, clearing doubts and guiding students through their learning journey. - Assist in designing course modules, assignments, and practical trading exercises. Research & Content Development - Perform in-depth research on cryptocurrencies, blockchain technologies, and market trends. - Identify high-potential crypto projects and explain methodologies to students. - Create educational content such as presentations, study materials, and research breakdowns. Communication & Presentation - Deliver sessions with clarity, engagement, and confidence. - Break down complex topics into simple, student-friendly explanations. - Maintain effective communication with students through group discussions, Q&A sessions, and mentorship calls. Required Skills & Qualifications - Minimum 3+ years of experience in crypto trading, technical analysis, and blockchain research. - Strong understanding of chart patterns, indicators, risk management, and market psychology. - Ability to evaluate blockchain projects, whitepapers, tokenomics, and market fundamentals. - Excellent presentation skills and communication skills. - Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Malayalam is highly preferred. - Strong research ability and a passion for continuous learning in the crypto industry. - Preferred Qualifications (Optional but a Plus) - Prior teaching or mentoring experience. - Experience with trading platforms like Binance, Bybit, KuCoin, etc. - Familiarity with TradingView, on-chain analytics tools, and crypto research platforms.
