Job Title: Senior Blockchain DeveloperJob DescriptionOur organization seeks an experienced blockchain professional to design, develop, and maintain robust blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including consensus algorithms, cryptographic primitives, peer-to-peer networks, transaction flows, and smart contract execution.Develop high-quality, efficient, and secure Rust code for blockchain components.Implement smart contracts, cryptographic functions, and distributed ledger tools.Collaborate with architecture, product, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable blockchain systems.Responsibilities include:Designing and developing blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized applications.Maintaining and optimizing node infrastructure, P2P networking, and runtime modules.Reviewing code, enforcing coding standards, and mentoring junior developers.Required Skills & QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess:5+ years of experience in blockchain development.Strong programming experience in Rust (mandatory).Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals:Consensus algorithmsCryptographic primitivesPeer-to-peer networksTransaction flowsSmart contract executionExperience with one or more blockchain ecosystems (e.g., Solana, Polkadot/Substrate, Cosmos, Ethereum)—preferably Rust-based chains.Hands-on experience with distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments.Additional BenefitsAs a member of our team, you will enjoy:Opportunities for growth and professional development.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Competitive compensation and benefits package.
