Job OpportunityThis role is open for an Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Techno-Functional Consultant with over 8 years of functional experience in US and Canada Payroll.Key Responsibilities:Must possess a strong functional and technical understanding of payroll (payroll process/element setup) for US and Canada regions.Involved in Payroll elements set ups/configurations for US and Canada regions.Expertise in fast formula writing skills for payroll elements necessary.BIP and OTBI development expertise expected.SDLC and JIRA knowledge.HDL experience.Payroll Balance Initializations and Balance Adjustments for US and Canada localizations.Pay slip template customizations experience needed.Preparation of functional required documents.Gathering detailed functional requirements from business and documenting them in functional specifications.Regression testing of RICE components.Reviews open cases/issues and troubleshoots for resolution.Consults on configuration changes partnering with team to determine best options.Analyzes impact of configurational changes to Payroll Fast Formulas.Ensures data integrity and governance by supporting large/complex data imports and extracts.Provides analysis and consultation on implementing new software application products or new modules.The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience working as an Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Techno-Functional Consultant.Familiarity with SDLC, JIRA, BIP, and OTBI is expected.Candidates must be well-versed in fast formula writing and HDL experience.A deep understanding of payroll processes, especially for US and Canada regions, is essential.Excellent communication skills are required to collaborate effectively within the team.Self-motivated individuals who can work independently on projects are highly valued.
