What you’ll be doing:

This role is for Regional Executive - Sales for West region based out of Mumbai.

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented individual who will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by building the customer side Supply chain finance portfolio for businesses in west India . The candidate will be identifying the right businesses with supply chain financing solutions requirements and building a B2B supply chain portfolio with the financial institutions, leveraging the platform’s innovative and unique credit distribution models.

The candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and establishing long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in the supply chain ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify potential clients in FMCG/FMCD/Paints and Chemicals /Auto and Auto Ancillaries,Healthcare etc in your region along with an understanding of their supply chain.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
  • Understand client requirements and has the ability to structure the Supply Chain Finance product offering to meet their specific needs
  • Ability to orchestrate the effective negotiation, closure and on the ground operationalization of the programme by ensuring proper execution of the closed deals along with complete documentation with the financial institutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and account management to existing client and conduct regular follow-ups with them to identify additional opportunities and upsell/cross-sell lending products
  • Good understanding of the Supply side i.e. Financial Institutions (Banks, NBFIs, and FinTechs) and their key focus area for financing i.e. sectors, industries, segments
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting supply chain finance.
  • Active Pipeline management and responsible for maintaining concurrency and accuracy of pipeline on CRM.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.



What will make you a good fit:

  • Proven track record of strong performance success in B2B sales and relationship management handling Commercial, Mid Market, Large corporate relationships, focussed on Trade and Supply Chain Finance products with reputed banks / NBFCs / Fintechs.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain finance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Ability to work efficiently with all internal stakeholders including product and technology, service teams to ensure handling operational & service queries.
  • Strong financial, analytical skills, problem solving and technology orientation
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Existing relationships in sectors like FMCG/FMCD/Paints and Chemicals /Auto and Auto Ancillaries,Healthcare etc along with understanding of their supply chain will be preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings within the assigned territory.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
