Job Title: Customer Support Specialist Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their needs are met.Troubleshoot and resolve issues within defined SLAs.Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely resolution.Work closely with account management, onboarding, product and engineering teams to unblock complex cases and ensure delivery on commitments.Stay updated on product features to ensure customers receive the most accurate information.Capture and report customer feedback from tickets, chat, NPS, or other channels. Required Skills and QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills are essential in this role, particularly in email writing with a natural tone. You should also have exceptional phone-based communication with active listening skills. Strong time management is required, with the ability to work independently and reliably. You must have deep empathy for the customer with a mindset that prioritizes their experience.A strong understanding of process discipline is necessary, including detail-oriented work with 100% follow-through on action items and procedures. Demonstrated ownership and high agency are essential, enabling you to make decisions and drive initiatives independently.Prior experience with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, Intercom, etc., would be an advantage. BenefitsNorth America shift (PST timezone) - willing to work during this period. Additional InformationSome prior experience working with similar tools and technologies is beneficial for your success in this role.
