Senior Network Cable DeveloperWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Cable Developer to lead our NPD project in the Copper LAN Cable function. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience post B.Tech in Electrical and possess a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles.The successful candidate will work as the project leader for the NPD project, overseeing the development and implementation of new network cable solutions.They will be responsible for preparing PRDs against MRDs, designing and executing tool trials, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for product testing and summarizing results.Additionally, they will analyze dev trials results data, perform correlation studies, and maintain project milestone summary sheets.Effective communication and presentation skills are essential for this role, as the candidate will need to present project updates to top management and collaborate with IP Teams for patent filings.Key Responsibilities:Project leadership and coordinationTool design and executionDev trials data analysis and correlation studiesProject milestone maintenanceCollaboration with cross-functional teamsRequirements:Minimum 2 years of experience post B.Tech in ElectricalStrong understanding of electrical engineering principlesGood hands-on knowledge of the extrusion process from cabling industryExcellent communication and presentation skills
