The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and technical strategy of our HCM Cloud implementation, ensuring best practices are followed across the delivery team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead development and technical strategy for Oracle HCM CloudBuild and own integrations using OIC or equivalent middlewareDevelop fast formulas, BI Publisher reports, HDL, and REST APIsReview code and ensure best practices across the delivery teamPartner with functional consultants to translate requirements into real working solutionsTroubleshoot issues with confidence and fix them before they become major problemsOversee deployments, testing cycles, and production supportMentor junior developers so they can grow and develop their skillsQualifications6 to 10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical developmentStrong hands-on experience with OIC, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Reports, and HDLExperience across Core HR, Absence, Payroll, or ORC is highly valuedSolid understanding of REST and SOAP web servicesAbility to lead discussions with clients and hold a room's attentionPrior experience guiding technical teams through global implementations is desirableCertification is a plus but not essential; real skills are what matter mostIf you know how to keep delivery smooth and stakeholders happy, we want to hear from you.
