Join us as we continue to innovate and support enterprises in optimizing their processes and maximizing their potential through high-quality cloud solutions.Key Responsibilities • Lead development and technical strategy for Oracle HCM Cloud • Build and own integrations using OIC or equivalent middleware • Develop fast formulas, BI Publisher reports, HDL, and REST APIs • Review code and ensure best practices across the delivery team • Partner with functional consultants to translate requirements into real working magic • Troubleshoot issues with confidence and fix them before anyone panics • Oversee deployments, testing cycles, and production support • Mentor junior developers so they become rockstars tooQualifications • 6 to 10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical development • Strong hands in OIC, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Reports, and HDL • Experience across Core HR, Absence, Payroll, or ORC is a big win • Solid understanding of REST and SOAP web services • Ability to lead discussions with clients and hold the room • Prior experience guiding technical teams through global implementations • Certification is a bonus.
