Oracle Technical Consultant Job OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Lead with strong implementation and integration expertise. This role requires a team lead with hands-on experience in leading teams and delivering end-to-end Oracle Cloud projects.Key Responsibilities:Develop Business Intelligence Publisher & OTBI reports based on business requirements, extracting relevant data from Oracle ERP systems.Gather business needs, estimate effort, and document technical specifications to ensure seamless project execution.Manage customer expectations by ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.Analyze business requirements, design, test, implement, and provide post-go-live support for Oracle Cloud projects.Execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) and guide development teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.Design and develop integrations in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) using REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, XSLT mappings to facilitate seamless data exchange between applications.Oversee high-volume real-time integrations between Oracle Fusion and downstream applications, ensuring efficient data processing and minimal latency.Leverage Fusion REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, HDL, BICC, BI Publisher, and OTBI for data extracts and custom reporting.Customize Business Intelligence Publisher reports, bursting options (UCM/Email/FTP), and output documents to meet specific business needs.Builtscaleable PL/SQL packages, functions, and customize standard Fusion reports to optimize business processes.Collaborate with Autonomous Database (ATP)/Database as a Service (DBaaS) teams to design and implement database solutions.Build complex Extract, Store, and Submit (ESS) jobs and support intricate customizations to meet evolving business requirements.Required Skills:A minimum of 8 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud platforms.Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and Business Intelligence Publisher.Hands-on experience with OIC integration (Gen2/Gen3).Technical expertise in Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud/HCM Cloud.At least three successful full-cycle implementations in ERP/HCM environments.Proven track record as a Technical Lead, planning, estimating, guiding teams, and driving project success.Strong understanding of Business Intelligence tools, ESS jobs, and Fusion APIs.Excellent communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.Strong troubleshooting and solution design capabilities.
