Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Head (International) based in Greater Noida . The role involves: Leading and managing the international sales team to achieve business objectives. Driving merchant onboarding and relationship management across global markets. Developing and executing strategies for client acquisition and revenue growth. Overseeing end-to-end sales processes and ensuring smooth merchant activation. Identifying new market opportunities and partnerships to expand Payomatix’s international reach. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, and Operations) to ensure seamless onboarding and merchant satisfaction. Consistently meeting and exceeding international sales targets. Qualifications Proven experience in International Sales Leadership , Merchant Onboarding , and Team Management . Strong understanding of Fintech , Payment Gateways , or the Digital Payments Industry . Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple international markets and time zones effectively. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to achieving results.
