Transfer Pricing LeadWe are seeking a seasoned Transfer Pricing expert to spearhead the development and implementation of our global transfer pricing strategy.Transfer Pricing Strategy & Compliance:Design and maintain comprehensive transfer pricing policies, including Master Files, Local Files, and Country-by-Country (CbC) Reports, ensuring full compliance with local tax regulations and OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of transfer pricing practices into business operations.Analyze and validate intercompany pricing arrangements to ensure arm's length transactions.Risk Management & Governance:Evaluate and mitigate transfer pricing risks associated with evolving international and local laws to minimize tax exposures globally.Stay up-to-date on changes in global tax laws and regulations (e.g., BEPS initiatives) to proactively inform transfer pricing strategies and policies.Intercompany Agreements & Transaction Management:Lead the development, review, and execution of intercompany agreements to ensure alignment with transfer pricing policies.Ensure accurate and timely documentation of intercompany transactions, reflecting commercial realities.Strategic Advisory & Global Strategy:Provide strategic guidance to senior management on complex transfer pricing matters, offering insights on efficient pricing structures and potential tax implications.Contribute significantly to the development and implementation of the company's global transfer pricing strategy, aligning with broader tax and business objectives.Develop and execute strategies focused on tax exposure reduction and optimal management of intercompany pricing arrangements.Collaboration, Audit & Dispute Resolution:Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to assess, structure, and mitigate risks associated with intercompany pricing structures and operational changes.Offer subject matter expertise and guidance on transfer pricing principles and policy application to internal stakeholders.Support the management and defense of transfer pricing audits or disputes raised by global tax authorities, working effectively with external advisors to achieve favorable resolutions.Prepare timely and effective responses to inquiries from tax authorities.
