Job Overview: Hiranya Resorts is seeking a dedicated and experienced Resort Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury property. The ideal candidate will live on-site and manage all aspects of the resort, from guest satisfaction to team leadership and operational efficiency. This role is crucial for maintaining the high standards of service our guests expect, while also contributing to the resort’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Property Management:
  • Live on-site and oversee all operations at the resort, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring service excellence.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Establish and manage teams for individual resort operations such as housekeeping, front desk, F&B, and maintenance.
  • Hire, train, and mentor staff to provide exceptional service and adhere to the resort’s standards.
  • Operations Supervision:
  • Supervise the daily operations of all departments including housekeeping, maintenance, restaurant services, and guest services.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the in-house restaurant and bar, monitoring food quality, service standards, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Sales and Marketing:
  • Respond to all incoming inquiries via email and handle banquet sales, ensuring successful event planning and execution for weddings, corporate events, and private parties.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the resort, increase bookings, and attract target audiences including tourists, corporate clients, and event organizers.
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
  • Develop and implement SOPs for all departments to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Conduct regular staff training sessions to reinforce service standards and update them as necessary.
  • Guest Relations:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and handle escalated concerns to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with repeat customers and corporate clients to foster loyalty.
  • Financial & Administrative Duties:
  • Oversee financial aspects including budgets, expense reports, and revenue tracking.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of property assets and adherence to legal and safety standards.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in planning and executing promotional activities, such as events and packages.
  • Provide ongoing recommendations for improving guest experiences, upgrading facilities, and optimizing operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in managing a luxury resort or hotel property.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of hospitality software systems (PMS, POS).
  • Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and adapt to guest needs.
