Business Development EngineerAbout the Role:We are seeking a Business Development Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies, managing client relationships, and leading cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Client Consultation and Needs Analysis: Interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and material specifications to understand client needs.Technical Sales & Business Development: Identify and onboard new clients, prepare detailed quotations and cost breakdowns.Internal Liaison & Project Management: Collaborate with design, tooling, and production teams to ensure customer needs are fulfilled.Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research, identify industry trends, and develop targeted marketing strategies.Requirements:In-depth knowledge of precision metal stamping/pressing processes, press tools, dies, and related machinery.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; familiarity with quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).Proven experience in Technical sales/marketing; strong negotiation, costing, and project management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation and interpersonal skills.Benefits:The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with access to training and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
