Job Description:

We are looking for a highly-skilled and motivated individual to join the Commercial EMEA South sales team. On this role, you will be responsible for selling company's products/systems and services to end-user customers in assigned territory, industry, or accounts, primarily through outbound and inbound telephone and email sales activities as per your supervisor decision. You will act as part of a sales team and support Field Sales staff. You will be carrying the responsibility for the whole quote to cash process for the opportunities you are working on, including but not limited to preparing quotes in CPQ, providing the accurate customer, partner and distributor information, communicating with the distributors and partners, if needed, to align on changes and issues which they are facing, supporting the distributor in booking the quote, following up with them on invoicing, fulfillment and collection. You might be asked to provide regular updates on progress to your supervisor and work closely with them to forecast outcomes and expected results. You may be asked to organize trainings for new hires or for the existing team in order to improve the knowledge and ensure overall success. You will represent the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities. The focus of this role will be on retaining and growing an existing installed base of customers as well as acquiring new customers. Your tasks may involve communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities, answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails. Some of your responsibilities may include maintaining and improving the database of prospects, researching for new leads and developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow-ups. In order to be successful on the role, it is important to keep up to date with product and service information and competitor offers.

You will carry a team or individual quota.
