We're seeking a passionate and strategic Social Media Manager (mid-level) to join our growing team As a Social Media Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing social media. You'll be a creative mastermind who can translate brand visions into engaging content that resonates with target audiences and drives real results for our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing effective social media strategies.
• Craft and manage a comprehensive social media calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
• Monitoring social media metrics and KPIs regularly.
• Coming up with innovative ideas and concepts.
• Work with other departments to manage online reputation and coordinate social media efforts seamlessly.
• Assisting Copywriters, ensuring the content is attractive and engaging
• Researching new concepts and ideas and proposing them to the team.
• Managing social media communication on time.
• Attending brainstorming sessions and meeting with clients to discuss their requirements.
Qualification
• 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
• A strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and their unique audiences and algorithms.
• Ability to develop engaging and creative social media content.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• A passion for staying updated on the latest social media trends and best practices.
