This role provides strategic guidance and full support to property Directors of Sales & Marketing (DoSM/DoS) and maintains strong connections with General Managers. A deep understanding of the marketplace, particularly domestic distributors across all channels, is essential to drive marketing strategies with strong revenue management insights. The role oversees National Sales Offices in India and is responsible for the South Asia Sales & Marketing budget, including review and guidance for properties in the territory.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement Sales & Marketing strategies across all properties and brands in South Asia.Contribute to strategy and planning activities to achieve national sales results.Build, lead, and interact with National Sales teams to promote all properties across all markets and channels.Review hotel rate grids with the Revenue team of each property.Represent the company at tourism forums, exhibitions, and virtual events.Track and report sales performance monthly, including variance analysis, and propose action plans as required.Review and approve property business plans and sales streams.Create and maintain strong relationships with partners from all channels to increase market share.Partner with operations teams to ensure superior customer experience.Monitor contract administration, renewals, and maintain regular updates with the contracting team.Guide properties in the creation of annual commercial plans in collaboration with DoSM/DoS and General Managers.Identify new revenue opportunities, manage key accounts, and implement tactical interventions to maximize room nights and revenue locally and globally.Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor offerings, and adjust plans as required.Track regional commercial spend versus budget periodically.Develop, train, and coach Sales & Marketing teams to enhance performance and meet company objectives.Ensure all branding policies are respected at all levels and properties.Internal & External ContactsNational Sales Offices Team – strategic directionProperty Directors & Sales/Marketing leadership – strategic guidanceProperty General Managers – relationship & strategic decision-makingContracted accounts – all segments (formal contact)Online Travel Agencies – relationship management (informal contact)Please send your resume to careers@atmospherehotelsandresorts.com before 30th September 2025Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
