Job DescriptionThe role of a Sr. Facility Executive is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring that all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered.This includes prioritizing the facilities' needs, working with the facilities manager and assistant facilities manager to ensure smooth operations, and managing supply and service contracts as approved by clients.The Sr. Facility Executive will also be responsible for mitigating risks by participating in emergency evacuation procedures and business continuity plans, as well as actively participating in reviewing health and safety issues that may arise.ResponsibilitiesRoutine site rounds and critical area inspections.Responsibility and attentiveness for tickets raised and closure tracked within SLA.Shift-wise M&E stock record and update.Vendor management (working at the site).Coordination with the LL team.Coordination with the Site FM team for daily basis activities.Managing and preparing material BOQ if required.Managing and shifting manpower deployments.Inventory management/store management.Ensuring checklists updated upkeep of the facility.Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.Energy consumption and data management.Managing weekly, monthly FM & LL MOMs.Maintaining records of admin reports.Incident reports/records and tracker management.Managing technical equipment data sheets lining of manpower and vendor as per the 52 weeks PPM calendar schedules.M&E team briefings,Daily basis observations and closures.Record of PPM & Service reports and time-to-time updates with the PPM planner.Work permits its issuance and records.Gate pass and material movements.Providing data and reports to the client as required.Time to time checking of logbooks, checklists, equipment history cards, and inventory registers.Time to time Training for the M&E teams.M&E team Attendance and records.Shift jobs and 6 days working.Required Skills and Qualificationsa. Strong knowledge of property operations.b. The candidate must also demonstrate a good working knowledge of occupational safety and aptitude in client-centric operations.c. Solid background in team management.Experience and QualificationMinimum 4 years of relevant experience.B.Tech (Electrical) / Graduate + ITI Technical Course.
