Job Title: Intellectual Property StrategistRole Overview:You will play a key role in developing and managing the company's intellectual property strategy.Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to identify and protect key innovations.Evaluate R&D outputs and perform IP landscape analyses to uncover patentable opportunities and potential risks.Draft, file, and manage patent applications end-to-end.Maintain a structured IP portfolio ensuring compliance, renewals, and timely filings across jurisdictions.Advise leadership on IP strategy, risk mitigation, and portfolio optimization to support business growth and partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Develop a deep understanding of the technology and product roadmap to identify and protect key innovations.Translate complex technical concepts into strong, defensible patent applications.Streamline invention disclosure and review processes.Suggest internal IP awareness programs for better knowledge sharing.Support business growth and partnerships through strategic IP guidance.Requirements:Deep expertise in patent law.Exceptional analytical and writing skills.Proactive mindset to stay ahead of emerging technologies.Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.Minimum 5 years of experience in IP management or related fields.Prior experience in drafting, filing, and managing patent applications is preferred.Benefits:Salary range estimated between 15,000 to 30,000 INR per month (approximately 1,800,000 to 3,600,000 INR per year).Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.A dynamic work environment with a collaborative team.About the Role:This is a senior-level position requiring significant expertise in patent law and management.The ideal candidate will have prior experience in IP strategy, patent application management, and team collaboration.A strong network of professionals in the industry would be an added advantage.Proficiency in English language is necessary for effective communication.Contact Information:Please note that this job description is not intended to represent a full list of responsibilities.
