About the RoleWe are seeking a Legal Associate to own and scale our contracting function, supporting our fast-growing sales motion.This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified lawyer with 5+ years of PQE, ideally in a tech or fast-growth environment, to work on complex enterprise deals, navigate multiple jurisdictions, and advise on privacy, AI, and IP issues.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, vendor and partnership agreements, NDAs, teaming arrangements, etc.Partner with Sales, Finance, and Implementation teams to accelerate revenue while protecting company interests.Identify commercial and legal risks early and propose practical, business-friendly mitigations.Counsel internal teams on privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and intellectual property issues across multiple jurisdictions.Translate complex legal positions into clear, actionable guidance for non-lawyers.Track legal trends in tech, AI, and data regulation; brief leadership on emerging risk areas.RequirementsA qualified lawyer with 5+ years of PQE, ideally in a tech (SaaS/product) or fast-growth environment.Experienced in US commercial contracting (enterprise sales preferred).Confident negotiating with large customers and procurement teams.Adept at privacy and IP counseling, including data transfer and AI-related issues.A strategic doer—equally comfortable drafting complex contracts and advising execs.A clear communicator who can disagree without drama and get things done.Thrives in ambiguity, stays calm under pressure, and enjoys solving legal puzzles fast.BenefitsAutonomy with impact—you'll shape the legal backbone of a growing global business.Fully remote—work where you do your best thinking.Health, vision, and dental coverage.Flexible hours across time zones.A no-egos culture that values sharp thinking and bias for action.
