The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and quality standards.This is a key role that requires strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.In addition to leadership skills, the ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results within set timeframes.The role also involves effective communication with internal and external clients to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues or escalations promptly.
