Job Title: Civil Engineering & Architecture RecruiterWe are seeking a motivated and experienced recruiter with a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture to join our recruitment team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering and architectural roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work efficiently.Key Responsibilities:• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Civil Engineering / Architecture positions.• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.• Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.• Excellent knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.• Strong sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
