Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our recruitment team in India as a civil engineer or architect recruiter.The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of civil engineering and architectural roles, excellent sourcing and screening abilities, and the capacity to work flexible hours to align with Indian business needs.Main Responsibilities:To source, screen, and shortlist candidates for civil engineering and architecture positions within the Indian market.To coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.To oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.To maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records within our ATS system.To develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.To ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.To stay updated on industry trends and talent market developments within civil engineering and architecture.Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Proven experience in recruitment within the Indian market, preferably in engineering or architecture roles.Excellent knowledge of civil engineering and architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.Strong sourcing abilities using job boards, social media, and other channels.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.Why this role is attractive:This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our Indian operations.You will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise within a dynamic and supportive team environment.You will be working with a range of clients across various industries, providing tailored solutions to meet their recruitment needs.
