We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Engineering Recruitment Specialist in India.The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of civil engineering and architectural roles, outstanding sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients in the Civil Engineering / Architecture domain.Key Responsibilities:Sourcing and shortlisting candidates for India-based clients in the Civil Engineering / Architecture sector.Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Managing the entire recruitment process, from job postings to offer coordination.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records within the ATS or CRM system.Building strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide suitable matches.Ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication throughout the recruitment process.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Proven experience in India recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.Excellent knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.Strong sourcing abilities using job boards, online platforms, and other channels.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Detailed-oriented, organized, and self-motivated individual.Benefits:Prominent role in shaping the recruitment strategy.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Friendly and dynamic work environment.What We Offer:A chance to be part of a growing organization.An opportunity to develop your expertise in the field.A supportive and collaborative team environment.
