Job Title - Cataloger Executive

Experience - 1-2 Years

Notice Period - 0-15 days ( Preferred Immediate Joiner )

Preferred Industry - Ecommerce/Retail


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Proficiency in creating and optimizing product listings on major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. This includes understanding platform-specific guidelines and using SEO techniques to enhance visibility.
  • Ability to analyze catalog data, identify errors, and maintain accurate, consistent information across multiple platforms. This also involves using spreadsheet software and database management tools effectively.
  • Knowledge of Listing, Updating, Uploading Product Data / Specifications.
  • Knowledge of product Images; resizing images as per requirement
  • Manage product content to distribute across all channels, ensure use of all image content in product pages on the website and all social media and ad platforms.
  • Maintain product content on Dropbox by ensuring that all product images are in appropriate folders
  • Manage inventory/stock and ensure that all digital platforms reflect accurate stock counts
  • Manage individual and bulk listings and ensure all products are up-to-date
  • Contribute to solving and reducing issues in the catalogue for optimizing the speed of the catalogue upload process.
  • Ensure that the catalog contains accurate, comprehensive and high-quality product information
  • Ensure all products listed on the portals are in stock
  • Re-ordering products that are going out of stock after taking approvals on priority
  • Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles, including keyword research and content optimization, to improve product search rankings and drive traffic.


Desired Candidate Profile


  • Proficiency in Advance MS Excel.
  • Experience of managing bulk catalog data.
  • Ideal candidate should have hands on experience of entire ecommerce operations ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of Dropbox & Google Drive
  • Proven experience in e-commerce catalog management, particularly on Shopify and Magento & similar platform.
  • Experience on D2C platform like Shopify, Magento, Woo Commerce etc
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, excellent communication skills
