Job Position: Chief Manager- Digital Product Management
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advice on the digital strategy and transformation programs for following areas
Development of digitization strategies and digitization transformations as well as the definition and implementation of prototypes(POC’s)
Business modelling, business strategy, and innovation management
Coordinating the creative design and prototyping of digital products
Digital transformation program management
Business / IT alignment of digital driven business initiatives
Design and improvement of digital operating models for operations and service management
Develop thought leaderships in area of Digital, Ability to lead pre-sales activities and bring digital thought leadership
Product Management & Design thinking expert.
Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to development of innovative solution in the areas of digital strategy and transformation.
Measure of Success:
- Driving NPS of the assets
- Updated Market Research Every Quarter
- Delivery of Annual operating plan (Digital Strategy)
Key Competencies / Skill required:
- You can be an engineer with expertise in managing IT projects. Understanding of Agile methodology will be an advantage. Experience 8-12 years.
- You are an experienced aspiring individual who has delivered large Digital Strategy and transformation projects and is innovative, analytical, ambitious, and great at working with people
- Expert in Design thinking and have dexterity in using various tools involved in product management.
You hold a master's degree or equivalent certification in Engineering, Business Management and/or MBA (ideally Engineering degree, followed by an MBA).
You have at least 6-9 years of business management or consulting experience in a reputed company with a proven record of substantial achievements in the specific role.
You have an interest in disruptive technologies impacting the way businesses operate today (e.g. Internet of Things, Cloud Computing, Big Data, Industry 4.0).
You are familiar with business modelling, business strategy, product development, innovation management or business transformation in a digital context.
You have high energy, excellent project management skills and communication skills.
