Catering to 8000+ small and medium businesses. ) What you will do:Lead, mentor, and manage the systems administration team; oversee task planning, performance evaluation, and skills development.Design, implement, and maintain scalable & secure cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP.Collaborate with Sales/Pre-Sales teams to develop cloud solutions, deliver technical presentations, and contribute to RFP/RFQ responses.Administer and maintain Linux & Windows-based servers, ensuring system availability, security, and performance.Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), configuration management, and automation using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, etc.Manage containerization and orchestration platforms like Docker & Kubernetes.Perform capacity planning, cost optimization, resource provisioning, and infrastructure performance monitoring.Drive security and compliance initiatives, including patching, vulnerability management, and identity & access controls.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide escalation support.Establish and maintain system documentation, SOPs, best practices, and architectural diagrams.Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies to improve systems and processes.Coordinate DR/BCP strategies and ensure resilience of infrastructure.Ensure adherence to ITIL/standard support processes.Requirements7–8 years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience.Minimum 3 years of team-lead or managerial experience leading systems/DevOps engineers.Proven experience designing/implementing cloud architectures on AWS / Azure / GCP.Pre-sales knowledge including solutioning, PoCs, proposal documentation, and client technical discussions.Strong expertise in:Linux & Windows server administrationNetworking fundamentals (DNS, VPN, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Routing)CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)Configuration management & scripting (Ansible, Shell, Python, PowerShell)Containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)Understanding of virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, etc.).Strong troubleshooting, system analysis, & problem-resolution skills.Excellent verbal & written communication skills.Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills.Degree: Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.Preferred Certifications (Any or Multiple)Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) are a strong advantage.DevOps/Automation certifications preferred.Experience in cost-efficient cloud architecture design.Exposure to monitoring technologies (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, Datadog, etc.)BenefitsNo dress codesFlexible working hours5 days working24 Annual LeavesInternational PresenceCelebrationsTeam outings
