Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a highly analytical field. Analytical Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of web analytics, spreadsheet analysis, and basic statistical concepts related to A/B testing. Mindset: Highly curious, relentless desire to test and learn, and a strong sense of ownership. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
