Drive User Acquisition and Growth as a Program Growth Strategist

Job Title: Program Growth Strategist Location: HSR Bengaluru office Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in driving growth initiatives, ideally within a fast-paced startup or technology environment. Key Responsibilities: Research and test new user acquisition channels to drive relevant user growth. Audit and improve existing channels (PPC, SEO, Social, Affiliate) to boost efficiency and return on investment. Maintain a prioritized A/B testing pipeline across channels and funnels to optimize growth opportunities. Analyze data to uncover growth bottlenecks and develop strategies to overcome them. Qualifications: Experience: 0-2 years of hands-on experience driving growth initiatives, ideally within a fast-paced startup or technology environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a highly analytical field. Analytical Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of web analytics, spreadsheet analysis, and basic statistical concepts related to A/B testing. Mindset: Highly curious, relentless desire to test and learn, and a strong sense of ownership. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
