Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled UiPath RPA Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. As a UiPath RPA Developer, you will play a pivotal role in automating complex business processes, driving efficiencies, and ensuring seamless integration between systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement RPA Solutions: Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using UiPath to streamline business operations, enhance efficiency, and improve accuracy.
- Process Mapping & Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and map existing business processes, identify automation opportunities, and recommend best practices for automation.
- Solution Design & Architecture: Create RPA solutions with a focus on scalability, reusability, and maintainability, ensuring robust architecture and integration with existing IT systems.
- Deployment & Monitoring: Deploy RPA bots to production environments, monitor bot performance, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure that all bots function effectively in real-time.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in the ongoing maintenance and optimization of RPA bots, identifying areas for improvement and applying new technologies as appropriate.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and IT to ensure timely and accurate delivery of RPA projects.
- Documentation & Best Practices: Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including workflow diagrams, solution design documents, and code comments. Adhere to coding best practices and standards.
- Knowledge Transfer & Mentoring: Provide training and mentoring to junior RPA developers, sharing expertise and ensuring knowledge transfer within the team.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UiPath RPA Developer, with a proven track record of successfully implementing RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath tools.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and UiPath Robots.
- Strong experience with RPA best practices and framework development (e.g., REFramework).
- Experience with other technologies such as .NET, SQL, APIs, and web services for integrating RPA bots.
- Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and coding standards.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze business processes for automation feasibility and impact.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Other RPA Tools: Knowledge of other RPA tools like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or WorkFusion is a plus.
- Cloud & AI Experience: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.) and incorporating AI/ML models into RPA workflows is a bonus.
- Industry-Specific Knowledge: Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing where RPA is widely adopted is a plus.
