Role Responsibility

Product Development, Adoption Strategy and external consultancy will require speedy analysis of business problems and opportunities to enable robust and fast definition of innovation opportunities including the business case for change focusing on the end user. This will involve strong stakeholder management and you will be at the heart of driving the adoption strategy and ensuring the swift creation of robust and challenging plans that enable agile change delivery to short time but high-quality standards.

You will have a strong people change background with some technical experience enabling you on design, consultancy, and transition programmes to develop robust and effective adoption plans, fully interlocked with other technical, customer and process dependencies. We have a passion for delivering on time and to high quality standards, against challenging goals so you will need to be relentless in proactively driving your deliverables and dependencies at speed. We expect you to be confident at using executive sponsorship and governance to remove key roadblocks when necessary.

We pride ourselves on embedding the IT programmes that we deliver by driving compelling awareness and engagement plans to ensure that end-users understand the change, how it will benefit them and adopt the new capabilities. Developing the adoption approach and communication plans is an essential part of the consultancy skills you will be expected to demonstrate engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
The individual will drive multiple internal and customer facing change activities to ensure that we get the best efficiency from our project management resource and will be expected on occasions to step in to invoke recovery of critical path programmes when they are forecasted to remain at red status for longer than acceptable using business improvement and project management skills.

The Ideal Candidate

Expected to have 3-5 years’ experience working at a senior level e.g., Senior User Experience Consultant, Senior people change manager, Business Improvement Consultant. Senior Change Agent, Senior Project Manager / Program Manager
Can do attitude and tenacity to deliver on time and to quality standards with utter drive to succeed
Vision to identify opportunities and challenges then convert them into tangible solutions that drive an excellent end-user experience, with business and customer value add
Excellent change management skills – experience in People Change / Communications with demonstrable results
Outstanding organizational and project planning skills to assure the quality of any change programmers to robustly plan and de-risk up front wherever possible
Ability to priorities big ticket items to get razor sharp focus across the business on the activities that will truly transform delivery speed and quality
Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills to get buy in from the innovation leads and wider business to drive / receive change and galvanize swift recovery actions
Strong stakeholder management skills to ensure that key sponsors and executives have the critical status information at a glance, and are presented with decisions and support needed at the appropriate steering board
Excellent customer relationship management skills, including driving customers on their activities that we are dependent on to deliver our change programmes
Very strong customer experience, which are essential to digital / service transformation.
Have a media, marketing background
Experience of collaborating with Customers globally
European languages would also be ideal

Qualifications would include a range of the key disciplines below

Change management (e.g. Prosci Accreditation, AIM, Communication / Engagement)
Experience in behavioral change Customer transitions
Performance management experience or qualifications
Human Resources/Communication experience or qualifications (e.g. CIPD)
Project Management experience or qualifications (e.g. Prince 2 or MSP)
Business improvement experience or qualifications (e.g. 6Sigma, greenbelt, black belt)
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experienced in MS Project
European languages
Desirable to have knowledge of Visio and Wire framing / UX design
