Educating on the latest updates on the coding aspects. Carrying out one-on-one session on the repeated errors. To provide feedback on productivity and quality of trainees to Team Leads. Job Specification: Minimum of 3 Years of Professional and Relevant Experience in Medical Coding with specialty Obstetrics & Gynaecology.Extensive Coaching & Training as per process defined. Must have Variant Training & Coaching Strategy. Must have Coding Certification like CPC, CCS, COC, AHIMA. Any graduate will do.
