Job Title: Senior Manager of Human ResourcesJob Description:This is a high-level role that requires a strategic thinker and expert in human resources management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and office operations.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex HR projects and initiatives, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will be able to work effectively with senior management, employees, and external partners to achieve business objectives.Responsibilities:Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders to ensure a positive and productive work environment.Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and compliance.Stay up-to-date with changing legislation and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and providing guidance to the organization as needed.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 7+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a senior leadership role.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
