Job Overview:Galleon Consultants is a global management consulting firm. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to lead the development and implementation of HR policies, drive employee relations strategies, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, and oversee performance management programs.Key Responsibilities:Drive HR strategy and workforce planning initiatives across functions.Lead and mentor a high-performing HR team.Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including talent acquisition and onboarding.Raise the bar for performance management, reviews, and learning and development initiatives.Foster a culture that values engagement, diversity, and inclusion.Oversee payroll, HRMS, compliance, and documentation processes.Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Requirements:Demonstrate expertise in Human Resources practices, including policy development and employee relations.Show a strong understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.Prior experience in Performance Management, including setting goals, conducting evaluations, and promoting employee growth.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Able to work effectively in a hybrid environment and manage a team across diverse functions.Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications such as SHRM or HRCI are highly valued.A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position.
