Strategic Risk Management Specialist

Key Role Summary:This position focuses on bolstering risk decision-making and portfolio performance through expert credit risk strategy analysis. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of banking risk, advanced technical skills, and hands-on experience with data visualization tools.Main Responsibilities:Design, implement, and refine credit risk strategies across the customer lifecycle, encompassing acquisition, underwriting, account management, and collections.Conduct detailed risk assessments to identify trends, portfolio health indicators, and early warning signals.Develop dashboards and performance reports using visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to support strategic decision-making.Utilize SQL and Python to extract, manipulate, analyze, and model large datasets from multiple banking and risk systems.Collaborate with product, policy, analytics, and compliance teams to refine decision rules and strengthen risk governance.Support the creation of risk scorecards and segmentation frameworks for enhanced credit decisioning.Evaluate the performance of existing strategies and recommend enhancements based on data-driven insights.Ensure compliance with internal risk policies, regulatory requirements, and audit expectations.As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise and contribute to the development of our risk management practices.Required Expertise:Expert-level knowledge of banking risk and its associated complexitiesAdvanced SQL/Python programming skillsHands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsWe offer a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development.
