Job Opportunity:We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Risk Specialist to join our team. As a Portfolio Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for the production and review of accurate customized investment risk and attribution reports for various portfolios within specified timescales.The successful candidate will calculate and report daily exposure for trading reporting of various funds and asset classes for global clients. Additionally, you will prepare returns, attribution/contribution analysis, risk characteristics reports of multi-asset (derivatives, equity, fixed income) multi-manager funds while creating and maintaining ad-hoc customized reports.You will identify, highlight, and rectify anomalies in attribution, risk numbers, and provide justification. Communication with other business areas to improve accuracy and reliability of risk reporting is also essential.The ideal candidate will conduct proactive research and provide insight on investment risk, deviations from benchmark; asset allocation targets and portfolio movements to clients.Maintenance of data of various derivatives and fixed income in an application on a monthly and daily basis is required. Ensuring documentation of policies, procedures, and work processes and ensuring compliance with set procedures is also important.This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of investment risk and attribution concepts, as well as experience working with financial data and applications.
