This role can be full-time or freelance and is ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international events environment.Job Description:The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding our network of hospitality executives and ensuring high-quality participation at our regional and global forums. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive delegate acquisition targets.Key Responsibilities:Identify and secure delegates from hotels by leveraging relationships and networks.Manage outbound campaigns via email and phone to attract senior decision-makers and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly delegate acquisition targets.Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospitality professionals and key partners to foster collaboration and growth opportunities.Provide excellent customer experience for delegates before and after events, serving as the primary point of contact.Collaborate with the marketing team to align delegate outreach with campaign timelines and ensure seamless event delivery.Maintain accurate records and databases to track delegate interactions and support regional growth strategies.Research new market opportunities and provide insights on market trends and client needs to improve event offerings and drive business success.Requirements:To succeed in this role, you will need:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with delegates and internal stakeholders.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a fast-paced international events team.Benefits:This role offers a dynamic and challenging environment with opportunities for career growth and development.
