Senior Recruitment Consultant/Manager -Business Development/Sales

Amethyst Partners is on a phenomenal regional growth path with its strong and healthy professional networks across the Asia Pacific region. The brand carries an impeccable position in the field of recruitment for its visibility and professionalism in the region.

Due to its strong regional business growth, we invite experienced recruiters who have been in the recruitment industry for more than 5 years. The role will work closely with regional Heads and the business support team in Singapore, Malaysia, India and Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new client leads across the Asia Pacific region by offering value-added services such as meeting clients in different parts of the region.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients, networking, and attending industry events.
- Prepare and present proposals and solutions tailored to meet client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of engagement with clients.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts and propose additional services or solutions.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in business/management.
- At least 5 years of working experience in recruitment in agency
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets and objectives.
- Confident, logical, solution-driven and results-oriented
- Experienced working with regional or global team set-ups would be a strong advantage
