AI Engineer for Voice AI AgentWe are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to join our team and enhance our production-grade Voice AI Agent. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and shipping Voice AI/Conversational Agents in real products.This role involves improving our action-oriented Voice AI agent, including real-time triggers, memory, workflow automation, and integrating Whisper/GPT/LLMs/LangChain/NLU pipelines.The successful candidate will also be responsible for designing scalable FastAPI-based microservices, optimizing latency, concurrency, and streaming responses.Key Responsibilities:Designing and implementing AI-driven features for our Voice AI Agent.Collaborating with the engineering team to ensure seamless integration of new features.Developing robust logging, retries, guardrails, and production reliability mechanisms.Requirements:2-4 years of hands-on Python backend development experience.Strong understanding of async patterns, modular design, and FastAPI.Experience with Voice AI Agents, WebSockets, streaming, and event-driven flows.Familiarity with production-grade infrastructure on AWS/GCP.Benefits:Part-time work (2-3 hours/day) with immediate ownership of the core Voice AI engine.Opportunity to work with the founder and small engineering team.Please note that this is a part-time position, and we are looking for someone who can commit to 2-3 hours of work per day.
