Enhance Real-Time Voice AIAbout the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Part-Time Python Backend Developer to work on our production-grade Voice AI Agent. This role offers immediate ownership of the core Voice AI engine, allowing you to build upon and enhance real-time conversations.The ideal candidate has already built and shipped Voice AI/Conversational Agents in real products, not prototypes. We require strong experience with FastAPI, async patterns, and modular design, as well as comfort with WebSockets, streaming, and event-driven flows.Built Voice AI Agents (conversational + action triggers)Production-grade infra on AWS / GCPDeep understanding of latency optimisationAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you must have:2–4 years of hands-on Python backend developmentStrong skills with FastAPI, async patterns, and modular designA deep understanding of latency optimisation and its application in Voice AI agentsEngagement DetailsThis is a part-time role requiring 2-3 hours/day. You will work closely with the founder and a small engineering team.
