Remote | 2-3 hrs/day | Immediate StartWe're enhancing our production-grade Voice AI Agent that handles real-time conversations and performs actions like:- Sending team messages based on conversation intent- Triggering follow-ups- Executing backend tasks with 3 ms latencyWe are looking for someone who has already built and shipped Voice AI/Conversational Agents in real products — not prototypes.What You Will Work On- Improve our action-oriented Voice AI agent (real-time triggers, memory, workflow automation)- Build scalable FastAPI-based microservices- Optimise latency, concurrency, and streaming responses- Integrate Whisper/GPT/LLMs/LangChain/NLU pipelines- Implement robust logging, retries, guardrails, and production reliabilityMust-Have Experience- 2–4 years of hands-on Python backend development- Strong with FastAPI, async patterns, and modular design- Has built Voice AI Agents (conversational + action triggers)- Comfortable with WebSockets, streaming, and event-driven flows- Production-grade infra on AWS / GCP- Deep understanding of latency optimisation (Review Scope & Cost- https://tinyurl.com/4dbnnwud- I understand and agree - ready to proceed with Jon ID 100700Engagement- Part-time (2-3 hours/day)- Work with the founder + small engineering team- Immediate ownership of the core Voice AI engine
