We're passionate about innovation, thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace challenges, hate bureaucracy, and disrupt the status-quo.What You'll Be Doing:Delivering projects that improve service deliveryBeing a senior member of a small team involved in hands-on service deliveryBeing a primary point of contact for escalated product issuesOwn and orchestrate triage, investigation, and resolution of complex technical issuesSharing knowledge with partner teamsUsing technical expertise to participate in application monitoringParticipating in incident response and bearing some on-call responsibilitiesWhat Skills and Experience We Are Looking For:Experience in software companies with customer-facing products is highly valued.
