As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll help shape a platform that goes beyond policies to inspire everyday wellbeing — from smarter claims to connected fitness and flexible benefits.What You’ll Do:Co-own parts of the product roadmap across enrollment, claims, flexible benefits, and affinity programs.Build experiences that connect wearables, fitness goals, and wellness rewards into a single journey.Work with design, tech, and data teams to simplify complex workflows and make benefits feel effortless.Partner with wellness brands to deliver richer integrations and smarter recommendations.Dive into data — track engagement, drop-offs, and usage to improve outcomes for users.Write crisp user stories, define success metrics, and help ship features that make an impact.What We’re Looking For:2–5 years of experience in product, growth, or business analysis — ideally in SaaS, HR tech, or wellness tech.Obsessed with user experience and solving real problems through data and design.Comfortable working in fast-moving, cross-functional teams.Curiosity about fitness, insurance, or health-tech ecosystems is a big plus.Bias for action and ownership — you love building, iterating, and improving.2. Associate Product Manager – AI & Data Platforms (LMS, Quotes, Insights) - About the Role:We’re building the next generation of broker tools — where learning, quoting, and insights come alive through intelligent automation. As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll work across our Learning Management System, Quote Management workflows, and Insights Portal to make data more accessible, contextual, and conversational through AI and large language models (LLMs).What You’ll Do:Help define and execute the roadmap for our LMS, Quote Management, and Insights modules.Collaborate with tech and design teams to build AI-first experiences — from document reading and auto-summarization to conversational data queries.Work on features that turn static dashboards and documents into dynamic, interactive insights.Partner with data and engineering teams to improve data quality, structure, and retrieval for better model performance.Define success metrics and track adoption, accuracy, and user engagement for AI-led features.Translate user problems into clear requirements and iterate fast based on feedback.What We’re Looking For:1–3 years of experience in product, analytics, or tech, ideally with exposure to SaaS, AI tools, or enterprise systems.Understanding of LLMs, embeddings, or data workflows (bonus if you’ve worked on GPT, LangChain, or vector databases).Strong problem-solving mindset — you think in user journeys, not just features.Comfort with data visualization, APIs, and automation tools.A curiosity to build products that make complex information human and intuitive.Interested candidates can share resumes to neetu.b@edmeinsurance.com
