Job Purpose:
The core focus of the role is generate revenue for BLVD Club through Membership sales as well as driving business at the F&B and accommodation facilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospecting and lead generation including but not limited to phone calls, outside sales calls, community and industry networking, internet prospecting, engaging resources and relationships within the community and client entertainment to generate memberships for the club.
• Soliciting, negotiating, contracting, and driving revenues from Corporate accounts the Club’s F&B as well as Accommodation facilities
• Maintaining a record of online enquires through the website for new leads and generation of new Memberships
• Conducting unique site inspections, Club presentations and webinars to marketing the Club to new Members
• Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date inclusive of deadlines, client details, correspondence, and CRM
• Understanding the overall market in which you sell- supply/demand, territory business trends, competitor SWOT, client sentiment and the like- to position and sell the Club most effectively.
• Accurately preparing and presenting sales and marketing business cases for review by club revenue committee.
• Builds and strengthens relationships with existing Members to enable future bookings and membership renewal through sales calls and entertainment.
• Ensure partnerships from reciprocal clubs and maintaining existing relationships
• Custodian of all Amex (centurion/platinum members) queries, immediate response to emails & guest concerns as well as other relevant Brand partners
• Co-ordinate with the Marketing Agency on Event and Entertainment calendar on a monthly basis
• Ensure partnerships and sponsorship of relevant Lifestyle brands at the club to co-create experiential occasions for Members
• Drive revenue through Events at F&B facilities as Banquets, Restaurants, PDR and outdoor areas
Qualifications and Work Experience:
Sales experience, 5-6. Year of sales preferably Hotels
