Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and creative Ads Creative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, strategy, and visual craft, with the ability to produce performance-driven ad content across various digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:Creative Concept & ProductionDevelop engaging ad concepts and storyboards that bring brand values and unique selling points to life.Write compelling scripts and captions for short-form videos, user-generated content, and motion ads.Coordinate production (shooting, editing, or briefing creators) to deliver high-quality content.Repurpose assets for multiple formats — Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and static ads.Performance & IterationCollaborate with the media buying team to test, analyze, and iterate on creative concepts.Track ad performance data to identify what resonates and optimize future creatives.Continuously A/B test hooks, thumbnails, visuals, and CTAs to drive conversions.Brand & Messaging ConsistencyEnsure all content aligns with the tone, aesthetic, and sustainability-driven story of the brand.Maintain a cohesive visual language across all paid and organic campaigns.Adapt creatives for different markets while preserving the core brand identity.Requirements:Creativity and originality in ad concept development.Excellent writing and storytelling skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong attention to detail and quality control.Benefits:This role offers a dynamic and challenging work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.About Us:We are a company committed to sustainable living through innovative products and solutions.
