Our expertise spans across brand building, digital marketing, content production, creative strategy, performance advertising, and integrated communication.As we expand our performance marketing capabilities, we are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Google Ads (PPC) Specialist with a specific focus on eCommerce and Shopping AdsAbout The RoleCreative Kulhad is hiring an experienced Google Ads (PPC) Specialist capable of managing both lead generation and eCommerce/Shopping Ads campaigns. The role requires deep hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, including campaign structure, optimization, tracking, analytics, troubleshooting, and scalable performance strategies.The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of extensive experience in running, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads across multiple business categories, along with strong command of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, attribution, and performance reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategize, build, and optimize Lead Generation, Shopping Ads, Search, Display, Performance Max, and Retargeting campaigns.Set up complete tracking infrastructure using GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters, and conversion tracking best practices.Manage product feeds within Google Merchant Center, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and improved product visibility.Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, bidding strategy selection, and competitor analysis.Monitor daily performance metrics including CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, CVR, Quality Score, and Impression Share.Implement A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, targeting, and creative variations.Troubleshoot issues related to tracking, feed disapprovals, policy restrictions, conversion mismatches, and campaign delivery.Prepare clear and actionable weekly/monthly performance reports using GA4, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and other reporting tools.Collaborate with creative, content, and web development teams to align ad messaging, landing pages, and user experience.Stay updated with Google Ads algorithm changes, new features, PPC trends, and industry advancements.Manage budgets effectively ensuring efficient scaling, performance stability, and ROI improvement.QualificationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred).Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing both lead generation and shopping/eCommerce campaigns.In-depth expertise in: Google Search, Display & YouTube Ads, Lead Generation Campaign Strategy, Shopping & Performance Max Campaigns, Google Merchant Center, Audience Strategy & SegmentationStrong technical knowledge of: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Enhanced Conversions & Server-Side Tracking (preferred), Looker Studio reporting, Conversion tracking setups (forms, calls, events, custom conversions)Proven ability to manage high-budget performance campaigns and deliver ROAS/CPL/CPA targets consistently.Strong copywriting understanding for ad texts, creative briefing, and landing page optimization.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Agency experience handling multiple client accounts is highly preferred.Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
