Financial Operations LeaderWe are seeking a seasoned financial operations leader to drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across our global business.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive financial systems, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.Establish and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.Prepare in-depth monthly and quarterly management reports with detailed insights and variance analyses.Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, invoicing, and reconciliation activities to optimize operational efficiency.Manage financial audits, tax filings, regulatory submissions, and compliance with relevant jurisdictions to minimize risk.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to monitor performance and make data-driven strategic decisions.Conduct thorough cost structure evaluations and profitability analyses to inform business growth strategies.Implement financial dashboards and automation to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent certification preferred.Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities to work effectively with stakeholders.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to changing priorities.
