With a strong background in performance and detail, you will shape the design language of our brand, creating innovative and sustainable products that breathe, stretch, and last.The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in fashion or product design, with a love for fabric development, fiber science, and sustainability. You will be a hands-on creator who sketches, drapes, experiments, and asks questions.Your responsibilities will include:Leading concept development, mood, color, and formOverseeing prototyping, fittings, and material testingDeveloping new weaves, finishes, and blends that bring a natural pulse to activewearCollaborating with production, sourcing, and marketing to translate ideas into beautiful realitiesYou will have the freedom to experiment, make, test, and build ideas from the ground up.
