About the RoleWe are looking for a talented and creative Fashion Designer who can design modern, commercially strong collections for our brands. You will work on women’s wear across categories like dresses, coord sets, resort wear, ethnic fusion, home textiles, and engineered digital prints.If you understand trends, silhouettes, fabrics, and can convert ideas into production-ready designs—this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop seasonal collections for women’s wear as per brand vision.Create detailed CADs, technical drawings, colourways, and print placements.Work closely with our in-house digital printing team to develop engineered panels and seamless prints.Research global fashion trends, mood boards, colour palettes, and market directions.Work on silhouettes across dresses, shirts, coords, tunics, occasion wear, and resortwear.Communicate with production, sampling, and merchandising teams for smooth execution.Ensure designs are commercially viable and suitable for export and domestic markets.Oversee sample development, fittings, and final approvals.Maintain artwork files, print libraries, and presentation boards.Required Skills & ExperienceDegree/diploma in Fashion Design (NIFT / Pearl / JD / similar preferred).2–5+ years of experience in women’s wear design.Strong hand in engineered prints, digital print layouts, and placement design (added advantage).Excellent with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD work.Good understanding of fabrics such as cotton, rayon slub, viscose, velvet, textured cotton, etc.Strong sense of colour, aesthetics, and detailing.Ability to take creative direction and also present fresh concepts independently.Knowledge of export fashion trends (Europe/USA) is a bonus.What We OfferOpportunity to work with a modern, fast-growing export fashion brand.High creative freedom and involvement in major collections.In-house digital printing facility—work hands-on with engineered panel prints.Good salary based on experience.A positive, growth-focused working environment at our Jaipur unit.
