Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Policy Specialist to spearhead our policy initiatives and drive security solutions. In this pivotal role, you will analyze existing legislation, regulations, and organizational policies to pinpoint gaps, strengths, and areas for improvement.Policy Development: Analyze existing legislation, regulations, and organizational policies to identify opportunities for enhancement and refinement.Conduct in-depth research on policy issues, trends, and stakeholder impacts to inform policy proposals and provide strategic advice to senior leadership.Strategic Guidance: Develop and recommend policy options, providing expert counsel to senior officials and decision-makers.The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable recommendations.Key Responsibilities:Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate and lead stakeholder consultations to gather input and build consensus around policy initiatives.Develop and maintain relationships with professional associations, legislators, funders, and external audiences.Communication & Reporting: Prepare and deliver reports, policy briefings, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Requirements:A minimum of 4-7 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving policy initiatives and delivering results.Technical Expertise: Proficiency in drafting policy documents, analyzing data, and interpreting metrics to generate insights.Business Acumen: A strong understanding of global employee and HR-related policies, including benefits, incentives, and recognition programs.
