Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive - Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to drive revenue growth.


Key responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the sales of our products in the assigned region
  • Follow up with the prospective clients in coordination with the Purchase / Technical follow up Team for closing the deal
  • Retain existing customers by providing solutions for their customized requirement
  • Develop new customers by making calls and applying other marketing strategies methods.
  • Formulate business development strategies to develop business in the assigned region
  • Analyses competitor's Product and marketing moves to fine tune on strategy.
  • Responsible for setting and meeting the targets
  • Frequent Travelling within assigned territory & making close relation with key persons of customers.


Skills and experiences required:


  • Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering
  • 1-2 years of Experience is preferred
  • Good command of English, both speaking and writing
  • Excellent and professional customer service skills
  • Superior time management and organizational skills
  • Be a team player and great attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task with excellent follow up skills and attention to detail.
  • Responsible for the work and your customer
