HYC Precision Engineering Pvt Ltd, a leading CNC Machining House, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and drive the growth of our CNC machining services. This exciting role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and make a significant impact in industries such as automotive, aerospace, and medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various industries, including automotive, aerospace, and medical devices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure projects are executed according to client specifications and delivered on time.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to shape competitive business strategies.
  • Flexible to travel domestically and internationally as required for client meetings, business development, and industry events.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the manufacturing or CNC machining industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CNC machining technologies and processes is preferred.
  • CRM experience is preferred
